UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to create user-centered designs.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that align with business and user needs.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and functionality.

Develop intuitive and visually appealing UI components, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Optimize existing user interfaces based on feedback and analytics.

Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.

Experience in designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).

Experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or InVision.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects.
