🙌 The Value You Create:

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be the champion of creating user-friendly designs that are both beautiful and functional. You'll dive into user research, turning insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you'll help craft a seamless experience across all platforms. You’ll run usability tests, A/B tests, and user interviews to fine-tune your designs based on real feedback. You'll also play a key role in shaping and evolving our design system, keeping everything consistent and on-brand. Staying ahead of the latest trends in design and tech will be your superpower, as you’re always looking for fresh ways to innovate and improve, all while ensuring accessibility and usability for everyone.

You will be responsible for designing the new version of our mobile app and online dashboards alongside our development team and with inputs from our commercial team.

🧙 Who you are:

To be successful in this role, you should have worked as a UI/UX designer, preferably in two to three a SaaS companies with the same responsibility as we are looking for. Sorry, we are not your first workplace. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience in creating user-centered design solutions and demonstrating your ability to turn complex requirements into elegant, intuitive experiences. Expert level in Figma, is required, along with familiarity with methods like design thinking and double diamond.

You should have experience with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, and surveys. You are curious by nature, extroverted and love to contact and speak with strangers. Experience in working with or creating design systems to ensure consistency and scalability is also essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are needed, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is important, as are strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle feedback professionally. You should be adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take initiative. High standards for quality and a keen eye for detail, especially in typography, color, spacing, and overall visual design, are critical.

💰 Location & Compensation:

• Europe - Remote, with optional occasional travel across Europe to join the team.
• €5,000/month for 6 months assessment
• €7,000/month after assessment period
