UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

​

Overall responsible for the translation of user needs and business requirements into features and functionalities that enhance application experience. In doing so, develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies as well as ensure a simple and efficient visual design. Detailed activities include:

Support discussion with stakeholders

• Understand business needs and user requirements such as the design and specifications of the user interface.

​

Design screen pages

• Develop an intuitive and responsive experience for users.

​

Design user journey and wireframe

• Ensure consistency with branding standards, analytics insights, and customer feedback for effortless navigation.

​

Conduct usability testing

• Validate the presentation and interactivity of the product to visually guide users through the interface across all platforms.

​

Analyze and propose design options

• Based on usability test findings to best satisfy user needs.

​

Support development of personas and scenarios

• Collect user feedback to improve functionalities, design, and navigation.

​

Design graphic user interface elements

• Possesses adaptability, leadership, pro-activeness, punctuality, and ownership. 
• Detail-oriented, firm, persuasive, and resilient to conflicting demands. 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. 
• Positive attitude towards learning and development.

Language

• Proficient in English (oral and written).

​

IT Literacy

• Microsoft Office suite, Google functionalities, Adobe Photoshop, various designing tools, and online team collaboration tools.

​

IT Literacy for UIUX

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Invision, AdobeXD, After Effects, Premiere Pro. 
• Good to have a portfolio of professional design projects, including work with web/mobile applications.
