Drive User-Centric Research: Conduct user research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, and incorporate these findings into data-driven design decisions.

Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Create and manage design guidelines and component libraries to maintain consistency and streamline workflows across mobile and desktop applications.

Mentor and Inspire the Design Team: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.

Advocate for UX and Shape Product Strategy: Champion the importance of UX across the organization, influencing stakeholders and driving the UX agenda to support product goals and improve overall user experience.
