Key Responsibilities

Corporate UX Guidelines

Design and implement comprehensive UX guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and product interfaces.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure adherence to guidelines.

​

Logo Design

Conceptualize and design impactful logos that align with brand identity and ethos.

Iterate on designs based on feedback to achieve a final version that meets stakeholder expectations.

​

Website Design and Development

Create intuitive and visually appealing website designs, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.

Work with development teams to implement designs effectively, maintaining high performance and usability standards.

​

Artwork for Social Media

Design engaging and brand-consistent graphics for various social media platforms.

Adapt artwork to different formats and dimensions while maintaining quality.

​

Visual Design & Branding

Develop brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and iconography.

Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.

​

User Research and Testing

Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences.

Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine designs and enhance user experiences.

​

Collaboration and Teamwork

Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Present and defend design decisions clearly and convincingly to stakeholders.

​

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, graphic design, or related roles.

Tools: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

Development Skills: Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UX design, branding, and social media artwork projects.
