Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer with Webflow expertise to enhance our website’s user experience, ensuring it is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our mission. In this project-based role, the candidate will work on updating and reimagining key aspects of our site, creating a seamless journey for users starting their weight loss program with GLP-1 medications.
For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and Improve User Journey: Analyze the existing site’s user flow and make recommendations to improve accessibility and inclusivity, especially for our primary audience of suburban moms.
- Redesign Key Pages: Redesign specific areas of the site that communicate the process of beginning a weight loss journey with GLP-1 medications, emphasizing ease of use, relatability, and inclusivity.
- Build with Webflow: Implement design updates using Webflow, ensuring all elements are responsive, optimized, and align with Eden’s brand voice.
- Create an Inclusive User Experience: Tailor design elements to reflect an inclusive experience that resonates with diverse backgrounds and body types, while making the journey relatable and supportive.
- Submit Design Plans for Approval: Present proposed design mockups and an implementation plan for approval before making final edits.
Qualifications:
- Expert in Figma: Proven experience in Figma for creating and refining UX designs and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Webflow: Track record of delivering responsive and optimized websites using Webflow.
- JavaScript Skills a Plus: Familiarity with JavaScript is highly advantageous for enhancing site interactivity and functionality.
- Inclusive Design Background: Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Storytelling Ability: Strong ability to craft engaging and transactional digital experiences.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and responsive communication skills, with a knack for incorporating feedback and direction effectively.
