We are looking for a skilled and creative UX Writer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team and help us craft user-centered content that is clear, concise, and consistent across our digital products.

Job Summary:
</p>
<p>
As a UX Writer at RRD, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to create content that enhances the user experience and drives product success. You will focus on writing and optimizing on-screen copy, ensuring content consistency across our team, and contributing to the development of our Design System.
</p>
<p>
Key Responsibilities:
</p>
<p>
● Write and optimize content for user interfaces components, FAQs, and other UI elements, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness and more accessible.
</p>
<p>
● Develop and maintain content style guides and tone guidelines that align with the product’s voice and the broader system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
</p>
<p>
● Work closely with designers, product and client managers and stakeholders to ensure that the content enhances the overall user experience and aligns with business goals.
</p>
<p>
● Developing and maintaining content guidelines and best practices for microcopy and UX writing across teams and platforms is highly recommended.
</p>
<p>
● Document UX writing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and teams.
</p>
<p>
● Craft user-centered narratives that guide users seamlessly through digital journeys while reflecting the brand’s tone and values.
</p>
<p>
● Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, ensuring content aligns with user intent and product goals.
</p>
<p>
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content through user feedback and analytics, refining copy to enhance the user experience continuously.
</p>
<p>
● Drive measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction through impactful and consistent UX writing.
</p>
<p>
Qualifications:
</p>
<p>
● 3 to 5 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a digital environment.
</p>
<p>
● Strong portfolio of UX writing, microcopy, or content work across web, mobile, and app interfaces.
</p>
<p>
● Experience in creating and optimizing on-screen copy for UI elements, including buttons, forms, error messages, and tooltips.
</p>
<p>
● Proven ability to develop content style guides and tone guidelines, aligning them with Design Systems.
</p>
<p>
● Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency.
</p>
<p>
● Excellent in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly content with an understanding of information hierarchy and design principles.
</p>
<p>
Preferred Skills:
</p>
<p>
● Experience working with Agile teams in fast-paced environments.
</p>
<p>
● Understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to UX writing.
</p>
<p>
● Knowledge of accessibility principles and writing for diverse audiences.
</p>
<p>
● Experience with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Axure, Sketch and Adobe XD.
</p>
<p>
● Experience with UX Writing tools such as Frontitude, Contentful, and Dropbox DocSend.
</p>
<p>
● Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Workfront and Monday.com.
</p>
<p>
● Ability to quickly conceptualise and deliver right contents to the audience.
</p>
