Visual Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop creative assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and print materials. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that communicate brand messages effectively. Create visual guidelines, templates, and style guides to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Develop and implement motion graphics or animations to enhance visual storytelling. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects and campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for visual designing. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and frameworks is a bonus.
