We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team on an hourly contract basis. You will be working on our Copilot White Label app, contributing to a cutting-edge project that empowers real estate professionals to have their own branded app to collaborate with their clients. Key Responsibilities:

​

Design Production:

• Create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to UI elements, icons, and other visual assets, ensuring consistency across Copilot White Label app.

​

Brand Customization:

• Adapt and customize the app’s design to align with each client's brand identity, ensuring a seamless integration of their brand guidelines into the app.

​

Marketing Deliverables:

• Develop marketing materials and assets to help clients effectively market their white-labeled app, including promotional graphics and social media content.

​

Asset Management:

• Organize, manage, and maintain design assets to ensure easy access and use by the entire team.

​

Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.

​

Revisions & Updates:

• Make necessary adjustments to existing designs based on feedback, ensuring that all design deliverables meet the required specifications and brand guidelines.

​

Version Control:

• Maintain version control of design assets to ensure that all stakeholders are working with the most up-to-date versions.

​

Quality Assurance:

• Review designs before final submission to ensure they meet quality standards and are optimized for performance across different devices.

​

Adherence to Deadlines:

• Work efficiently to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work on time.

​

Qualifications:

​

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or app development environment.

​

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Motion Design and Prototyping is a huge plus.

​

Attention to Detail:

• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.

​

Adaptability:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.

​

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

​

Understanding of App Design:

• Familiarity with mobile and web app design best practices and an understanding of design systems.

​

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to solve design-related issues and make adjustments based on technical constraints or feedback.

​

• A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design work, with a focus on digital products and apps.
