What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Growth team.
<br/>
This role is an integral member of the Growth team and will collaborate across
<br/>
teams to ensure the brand is consistent, user-friendly, and provides a
<br/>
collaborative message across all digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
</strong>
</p>
<ul>
<li>
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and cross-channel teammates to support website design and content marketing (blog, email, UI design, landing pages, and more) that meets the needs of our audience.
</li>
<li>
Help bring new ideas for design to the team using industry expertise and eye for great design on brand-level web and graphic design projects.
</li>
<li>
Utilize data and analytics to improve web design strategies/tactics.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with developers and other teams to deliver a solid user experience that is code efficient and functional on all devices.
</li>
<li>
Deliver a great user experience to our audience – ensure that the website represents the brand and vision effectively.
</li>
<li>
Strategise on converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
</li>
<li>
Develop documentation and road maps for design processes, A/B testing, and campaign promotions that succeed through digital website marketing.
</li>
<li>
Build digital web assets, UI design, Landing Page updates, and various other digital marketing touchpoints.
</li>
<li>
Leverage data for dynamic layouts and automation for audience segmentation and targeting.
</li>
<li>
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
</strong>
</p>
<ul>
<li>
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business related or equivalent working experience.
</li>
<li>
Minimum 2 years experience conceptualizing original website design ideas of SaaS products that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
</li>
<li>
Strong experience with Figma & experience with Webflow desirable.
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and debug complex design problems and effectively provide cross-team solutions.
</li>
<li>
Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data strategically.
</li>
<li>
Creative, open-minded, and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
</li>
<li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
</li>
