Muchacho Agency is expanding, and we are searching for a talented Web UI/UX Designer to join our team as we embark on multiple exciting ecommerce projects in the cannabis space. If you're passionate about creating user-friendly, visually appealing web experiences and have a keen understanding of ecommerce, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Intuitive User Interfaces: Develop clean, engaging, and innovative UI designs that enhance user experience across ecommerce platforms.
• UX Research & Implementation: Conduct user research, create user personas, and map out customer journeys to craft highly intuitive designs that meet both user and business needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, marketing, and branding teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Mobile-First Design: Adopt a mobile-first approach when designing ecommerce websites, ensuring seamless responsiveness across all devices.
• Prototype & Wireframe Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate ideas and user flows to stakeholders and developers.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep updated on emerging web design and ecommerce trends, especially within the cannabis space, and apply these insights to ongoing projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• High proficiency of English language written and verbal
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for ecommerce websites, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and ecommerce best practices.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Adobe Suite
• Previous experience designing for cannabis-related brands or ecommerce platforms.
• Understanding of SEO principles and their integration into UX design.
• Knowledge of AI tools and how they can enhance the design process.
