Webflow Developer + Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer + Designer with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, coupled with a solid computer science background. The ideal candidate should be from Ukraine and must have excellent proficiency in English.

As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing websites on the Webflow platform, implementing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the seamless functionality of designs. You should be passionate about building highly responsive and visually stunning websites while optimizing them for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive websites and web applications using Webflow.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize websites for speed and SEO best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Webflow projects.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Webflow and web development trends and tools.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Webflow, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A computer science degree or relevant technical background is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.

• Prior experience working remotely in a web development role.
• Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous Webflow projects and coding experience.
