Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design the visual identity of our events, ensuring each project stands out with a unique visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with our team to create visually impactful event concept designs, including stages, entrance arches, photo opportunities, and unique branding elements.
• Develop 3D renderings and visualisations for event layouts and structures to communicate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for the fabrication and installation of event components.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools to ensure your designs are innovative and industry-standard.
• Actively participate in the ideation process, shaping the visual identity of events from their inception to execution.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Work with vendors and production teams to ensure the accurate realisation of design concepts.
• Provide creative solutions and recommendations to enhance the overall event experience.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and gather feedback.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and attend build-ups to oversee the implementation of design elements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other equivalent tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating event designs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and clients.
• A keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a drive to continuously innovate and elevate design concepts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
