Associate Creative Director Role

​

As an Associate Creative Director at BILL, you will be a vital part of the Marketing Brand & Creative team, collaborating closely with other creative disciplines. You will be responsible for driving fresh ideas, concepts, and design systems in the BILL brand, along with delivering high-quality design for marketing assets across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Act autonomously as a creative lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows
• Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs, proposing multiple concepts and creative approaches
• Present work and feedback openly to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and best practices
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams
• Actively manage personal career development

Professional Experience/Background

​

To be successful in this role, you should have at least eight years of visual design experience, strong conceptual abilities, and a talent for storytelling. Other requirements include motion design skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this role in San Jose is between $114,400 and $142,500 USD.
