Role

Our company is on an upward trajectory and evolving rapidly. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will bring our brand to life across multiple channels and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing, growth, and sales experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality brand assets for product launches, growth campaigns, and sales materials
  • Design engaging marketing and brand experiences, from product launches to sales and growth campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, reporting directly to the Head of Design, to translate complex concepts into impactful brand experiences
  • Leverage your design skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit to create brand experiences that captivate and engage
  • Develop and implement visual strategies that elevate brand presence across all marketing channels
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems for brand consistency across projects
  • Craft project briefs and narratives that articulate a creative vision, ensuring brand storytelling is consistent across all mediums
  • Thrive in cross-functional settings, ensuring brand design aligns seamlessly with business and marketing goals

Minimum Qualifications

Experience

  • 3-5 years in a relevant brand design role at a startup or fast-paced team

Portfolio

  • A strong portfolio of brand projects that span various marketing functions

Design Expertise

  • Exceptional visual design skills with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect standards

Creative Range

  • Proven ability to create impactful work demonstrating expertise in typography, color, form, and layout

Tools & Technology

  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with working knowledge of advertising principles and an interest in new platforms

Independent Drive

  • Ability to independently lead projects, seek feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team

Curiosity & Empathy

  • A natural curiosity for understanding diverse perspectives, focusing on audience connection

Performance-Driven

  • Experience designing for performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CAC, with a track record of achieving and exceeding key goals through design

Work Ethic

  • Strong perseverance and a willingness to tackle all aspects of brand design with a hands-on approach

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Webflow, building and maintaining marketing pages
  • Partnering and collaborating with design agencies
  • Experience at a healthcare company
