Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team in delivering exceptional design work.
• Oversee projects related to UI/UX design, logo creation, and poster design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns.
• Provide mentorship to the creative team, encouraging innovation and growth.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
