Responsibilities

Graphic Design (70%)

• Create visually stunning key visuals, banners, posters, social media posts, and other promotional materials that align with the project’s creative direction.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, typography, and overall visual style for projects.
• Design basic illustrative assets (e.g., icons, patterns) for multi-platform use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics (30%)

• Edit and produce captivating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Conceptualize and implement engaging visual storytelling using transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters and directors to ensure the message is conveyed effectively.
• Actively contribute creative ideas to promotional campaigns and content strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years in graphic design and video editing.
• Design Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic illustration or concept art skills are a bonus.
• Video Editing Skills:
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Ability to create motion graphics and dynamic typography.
• Familiarity with current visual and video trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• A creative thinker with strong aesthetic judgment, multitasking ability, and adherence to deadlines.
• Preferred:
• Experience working on media production or IP/animation projects is a significant plus.

Work Location & Hours

• Location: Central Point Building – 219 Trung Kính, Yên Hòa, Cầu Giấy, Hanoi.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month (first and third Saturdays).
• Off on other Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per government regulations.
