Fashion Designer / E-Commerce Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-Commerce Manager to manage our daily operations and social media. This role also involves efficient customer order processing and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Order Processing & Inventory Management:
- Handle end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across various marketplaces to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Social Media Management
Logistics & Operations:
- Manage logistics for both domestic and international shipping, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain management.
- Resolve shipping-related issues to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Collection Design Assistance:
- Work closely with the design team to assist in creating new collections, including selecting prints, trims, and cuts that align with the brand’s vision.
- Provide insights and feedback based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate on mood boards, design concepts, and sampling processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, digital marketing, or PR.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, customer order processing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and Shopify.
