Join Our Team as a Design Producer

​

We’re looking for a Design Producer to join our team. As a Design Producer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our hardware and software design teams to focus on what truly matters: creating innovative, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be the driving force behind the team, ensuring that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and obstacles are removed. Your leadership and commitment to fostering a collaborative and positive work environment will be key in helping the team deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

​

• Project Management: Coordinate all phases of hardware design projects, from initial concept through to final production.
• Team Empowerment: Create an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership among team members.
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Lead the team in identifying and resolving challenges that arise during the design process.
• Quality and Innovation: Ensure that the team maintains a strong focus on quality and drives continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

​

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production role
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills
