Job Opening: Design Quality Manager at Arcadis
Arcadis is looking for a Design Quality Manager to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
Responsibilities
- Provides Quality Systems leadership using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting, and Quality Systems training.
- Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documents.
- Participates in Client pre-bid, bid, or contract planning and preparation.
- Plans and executes required audit activities.
- Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects, and job sites.
- Facilitates all internal and external Quality audits and briefs management with the results.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 12 years of related work experience combined Engineering and Quality.
- Expertise in ISO 9001 Standards for Quality Systems.
- P.Eng. certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal).
- Membership in a nationally-recognized Quality organization.
- Other related certifications may include but are not limited to: Design Quality experience; Systems Quality experience.

The salary range for this position is $87,330 - $130,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
