UiPath is looking for a bridge building, cross pollinating design leader to drive our AI initiatives. If you are curious and have a passion for complexity, come join our multidisciplinary team of UXers who are transforming how work gets done. You will play many roles from educator, consultant, to hands-on collaborator, coach and a mentor. Above all, you will inspire everyone around you though design vision for UiPath and how it comes to life.
We are a global team, who enjoy both working remotely and/or in the office. We work closely with Product Managers to create forward thinking designs that are user-centered and align to business goals. We are huge fans of sticky notes, whiteboard sketching, and immersing ourselves in customer feedback.

What you'll do at UiPath
Accountable for UX vision, strategy, and execution across a suite of capabilities and solutions.
Accountable for developing clear business requirements and prioritization of work
Contribute to annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic planning in support of key objectives
Partner with product management and engineering to drive improvements to our processes
Present complex design concepts to key stakeholders and business partners
Find a meaningful balance between optimizing for speed, quality, and innovation
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent experience
8+ years of work and management related experience required
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with many different stakeholders and product leaders.
Solid understanding of cross platform design systems and technical frameworks
Project management skills to prioritize design needs and ensure successful project completion.
Experience in Business Automation space is a plus, but not a requirement
Recent use and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, a plus.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $217,500 and $326,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
