We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Exhibition and Interior Design Team Leader to join our team.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Lead and mentor the design team to deliver creative, functional, and high-quality design solutions for exhibition and interior design projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans based on client briefs and project requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource management to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Provide hands-on design expertise, including 3D modeling, rendering, and sketching.
• Maintain design consistency and quality through approval of materials, finishes, and final designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into designs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide professional design recommendations.
• Manage team performance, ensuring high standards of work and continuous professional development.

Key Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in exhibition or interior design, with a preference for prior leadership or team management experience.
• Software Expertise: 3ds Max / AutoCAD / SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Photoshop / Lumion / Dialux / Relux / Cinema 4D / Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
