Role Description

Design is the most challenging and interesting part of our business — Junior is a B2B product w/ B2C clarity and beauty in the design. As our first design hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

• Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI, LLMs, and more (see examples below)
• Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growth
• Contribute to product decisions, direction and prioritization
• Shape our company culture

About You

​

We're looking for a product-minded designer who:

​

• Has exceptional sense of taste and judgment ✨
• Based in NYC — huge bias for IRL work
• Have experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently
• Are opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions
• Have strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role — as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partners
