Job Description
OleOle is building a social networking messaging platform for football, similar to WeChat in China. This is a big project that will last many years. We are seeking a Senior Design UX UI lead with startup experience a must (Get your hand's dirty leader). Do you have an understanding of network platforms? Are you a mobile-first designer? Do you have ecommerce experience? The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating world-class user experiences and can lead the development of world-class technology.
Requirements
- Startup experience is a must.
- Strong UX/UI and product management skills.
- Ability to lead a team, collaborate effectively, and report to the CEO.
- Exceptional design thinking.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Expertise in commerce design and UI/UX principles.
- Experience developing mobile application interfaces.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and written documentation.
- Extensive expertise in a broad range of UX skills.
Additional Preferences
- Blockchain Knowledge and understanding.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change.
- Understanding of football and international sports.
No one wants to hear the problems, just the solutions. Must be an experienced leader with startup experience.
