GenAI Product Designer- GenAI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design Vision & Strategy: Define the design vision for GenAI products, shaping the user experience to align with business goals, user needs, and the unique challenges of AI-driven interfaces.
• Design for Hyper-Personalization: Create adaptive, context-aware interfaces that leverage generative AI for dynamic user experiences (e.g. personalized recommendations, real-time content generation).
• Prototype AI-Driven Interactions: Develop high-fidelity prototypes that showcase complex AI capabilities, such as chat-based interfaces, multimodal interactions, and generative content workflows.
• Collaborate with AI & Data Teams: Partner closely with AI researchers and data scientists to understand model capabilities, user intent, and the underlying logic behind generative outputs.
• Iterate Based on User Data: Conduct usability tests, A/B testing, and analyze user feedback to refine designs and optimize the user experience of AI features.
• Establish & Scale Design Systems: Build and maintain a robust design system that includes dynamic elements, motion design, and adaptive color schemes, in line with the evolving nature of AI products.
• Stay ahead of AI Trends: Act as a thought leader, bringing new ideas and the latest industry insights on GenAI, conversational design, and human-AI interaction to the team.

Required Tools & Skills

• UI/UX Design Tools: Mastery in Figma.
• Prototyping: Expertise in creating interactive prototypes.
• Motion Design: Lottie, or similar tools for dynamic elements.
• User Research & Testing: Strong experience with gathering insights and iterating designs.
• AI&ML Understanding: Deep understanding of GenAI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, content generation, and recommendation systems.
• Design Systems: Proven experience in building scalable design systems for AI-driven products.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing at least one shipped product with generative AI features (e.g. AI-powered chatbots, content generation tools, or recommendation engines).

Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• **2.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a specific focus on designing for AI-driven products.
• **Proven experience in creating and launching products incorporating generative AI.
• **Exceptional problem-solving skills and a user-centric design approach.
• **Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
• **Proactive, experimental mindset with a passion for exploring new AI technologies.
