Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This dual role requires a blend of design expertise and social media management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials including social media graphics, website visuals, banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Prepare visual content for campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to create fresh, modern, and visually appealing content.
  • Design layouts and templates that are scalable across different digital and print media.

  

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and trends.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, clicks, conversions) and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders for campaigns and brand promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends in social media.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and others.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with video editing software and creating short-form video content for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
  • Experience with email marketing design (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Work Environment:
