Founded in 2020, BAKED. is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand that brings people together with our freshly baked treats, signature coffee blends, and retail products that help you enjoy your morning ritual at home or on-the-go. We’re also committed to sustainable growth that minimises our footprint while elevating every neighbourhood we’re in, and we like to think of ourselves as Everyday Feel-Good For People And Planet. With 10 outlets planned for Indonesia by 2024, including a flagship store, cafés, and brew bars, we're also setting our sights on expanding internationally, with five new markets on the horizon.

Our services span dine-in, wholesale, and retail, and we take great pride in our farm-to-table approach. We’re currently working on establishing our roastery, and we aim to have our own farm and coffee plantation in the not-too-distant future, so that we’re always bringing you the earthiest produce and the tastiest brew.

Role Description

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets,
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media,
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends,
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative team to understand project requirements and objectives,
  • Design engaging and creative graphics for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations,
  • Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines,
  • Work closely with the team to brainstorm and develop concepts for new projects,
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

Here's the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we're looking for:

  • 3 - 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showing skills in Adobe applications
  • Versatile in media design, packaging, events, and branding
  • Strong concepting and artistic abilities
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus
  • Interest in coffee, food, and lifestyle fashion trends
  • Outstanding portfolio of completed design projects.
