YOU ARE

A graphic designer with a meticulous workflow, great attention to detail and orientation to conceptual thinking.

• That means: you are an iconic designer with an iconic portfolio, and you’re ready to turn Bendito's visuals into icons.
• You are also ready to join us full-time (40 hours a week) in our office in sunny Granada, Spain.
• You've got at least 3 years of professional experience under your belt, and you know how to work well in a team.
• You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
• You don’t get stuck; you are quick to adapt if things need to change.
• You are self-directed and driven, with a desire to detect problems and propose solutions.
• You are able to juggle multiple design projects simultaneously —we don’t believe in multitasking, but due to our pace of production, we’re often working on several mockup collections at once.
• You are just a genuinely good person 😇

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• A talent for conceptual thinking —unpopular opinion: we actually love ideas more than graphics.
• Proficient in Figma ‒ we like Figma almost as much as we like coffee, at least until Adobe gives us a collaborative design solution.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• You keep up with the latest design trends and have a passion for experimental, innovative design and artistic expression.
• You work well in a team and communicate your ideas clearly.

BONUS POINTS

• Interest in advertising —you know what works and what doesn’t on social media, and you’re familiar with the standard ad formats.
• Experience in branding: we treat our mockup collections like mini branding projects, so a bit of visual identity knowledge would be a bonus.
• Custom typography skills.
• Illustration skills and the ability to create custom graphics.
• Some knowledge of motion graphics.
• Some familiarity with Notion, our project management tool.
• A love for storytelling.

SOME THINGS YOU’LL DO (example)

• Conceptualize and design the visuals for one of our mockup collections.
• Develop the campaign concept and design its key visuals.
• Design and adapt key graphics to fit within the mockup placeholders.
• Design creative and engaging social media materials to communicate the teaser and launch phases.
• Design graphics for our social media ads (IG, TikTok).
• Conceptualize and craft clever, fresh designs that promote our launches and collections with a distinctive creative approach.
• Prepare and optimize all deliverables for posting across various platforms.
• Create a Behance case study for the collection (ideally one that gets us a “Best of Behance” badge, please).
• Collaborate with external designers and artists to keep our quality and art direction on point.
• Take Bendito’s visual identity to the new heights. We said that at the beginning. But it’s worth mentioning it again.

We’re a small team of graphic designers turned mockup creators, photographers and art directors 🤪 offering premium mockups with a strong focus on artistic and experimental photography. We work closely with external artists to create our mockup collections. Now we’re looking to expand our in-house team to boost our internal production of mockups. But overall, we believe that creativity and design should be a playground.
