About Role:

We seek a highly creative Graphic Designer who can bring conceptual ideas and create great visual representations. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in graphic design and should have great knowledge of design principles and tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, and Figma.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work on design requirements for marketing collaterals including product decks, social posts, blog posts, case studies, ebooks, and creative ads.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and sales collaterals and put consistent efforts into establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Own complete design for all collaterals required during events including banners, flyers, presentations, landing pages, cards, badges, etc. Be creative and presentable with all designs and ensure all timelines are met.
  • Create product videos and case study videos with animations, dialogues, graphics, music, and effects. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running for all videos along with supreme design creativity.
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing and sales team to take feedback on designs and ensure consistency across all designs.
  • Work with the product team to create UI for various pages and learn along the way the nitty-gritty of product design.

Requirements:

  • You should be able to translate basic content into a highly impactful and engaging design within an established brand identity.
  • Understand the target audience and capture the interests and vision of the brand.
  • Ensure you have a proper understanding of the product and are able to incorporate product understanding into your designs.
  • You should be able to deliver on time and should have excellent time-management skills
  • You should have the willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design
  • A strong portfolio of work is mandatory
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, After-effects and Canva
  • Excellent video editing skills. Should be able to create engaging videos
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design
  • Plus points if you have skills in Figma as well as in Hubspot.
