Job Opening: Graphic Designer at Troika Technology

Greetings from Troika Technology! We are seeking a graphic designer to join our family. This position will involve designing a wide variety of print and online materials. To be successful, you will need to be a self-starter, work well in a small team, deliver creative ideas, and show an excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their design needs and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, such as client mailers, company brochures, social media graphics and layouts, and more.
• Work with industry-standard software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Illustrator and InDesign.
• Stay up to date with latest design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, printers, and marketing professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a small business setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• History of working with printing companies and social media platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Experience: 3-8 yrs  

Salary: Negotiable  

Shift timings: 2pm - 10 pm
