Outback Presents Graphic Designer Job Opportunity

Outback Presents is seeking a Nashville-based, experienced Graphic Designer, with a passion for entertainment and live events, to drive live event promotion and grow our business in an increasingly digital environment. The individual will be responsible for managing & creating advertising materials used to promote comedy shows, concerts, festivals, artist branding (as needed), internal pitch materials, and other internal design support (website, social, etc.).

Responsibilities

​

• Execute and design advertising materials for assigned artists, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and executive cohesive design strategy by show, tour, or live event
• Design, edit, and distribute impactful advertising and marketing materials on various platforms
• Provide internal leadership and design direction for other cross-functional teams as needed
• Resize and develop creative materials to meet marketing goals
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to set creative strategy and develop content
• Test and optimize ad creative, photos, and video content ongoing
• Ability to support corporate needs as requested

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design (entertainment or advertising a plus)
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Bonus points for Premiere, After Effects)
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar database/project management programs
• Familiarity and comfort with Google product suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in film and music
• Excellent skills in typography, branding, and layout
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for continuous innovation and personal professional growth
• Client-first mindset with ability to develop creative objectively 
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of relevant design work

Additional Details

​

• Located in Nashville, TN (NOTE: This is not a remote position)
• Office Hours: Monday through Friday: 9AM-6PM
• Full-time preferred, part-time may be considered
