Graphic Designer (Social Media & Branding)
Responsibilities:
Design Social Media Collateral:
Create visually striking graphics for social media platforms (posts, stories, banners, ads) that align with brand guidelines and capture attention.
Branding:
Develop and maintain cohesive brand assets, including logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Content Creation:
Design content for a variety of formats, including carousel posts, video thumbnails, promotional banners, and infographics.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with content creators, marketers, and other team members to ensure designs match campaign goals and messaging.
Stay on Top of Trends:
Keep up with design trends, platform-specific guidelines, and popular content styles to ensure relevance and engagement.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the design of promotional materials, newsletters, and digital ads to support marketing initiatives.
Optimize for Social Media:
Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), adjusting sizes, formats, and layouts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing social media collateral, branding, and digital content.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to design content that fits their unique formats.
- Ability to create on-brand, visually compelling designs that drive engagement and align with campaign goals.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
