As we grow, we’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help visually communicate our mission, elevate our brand presence, and drive engagement with our brand.

Role overview

As a Graphic Designer at SPREAD, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand and Marketing initiatives to life through compelling visual design. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, working on a variety of projects spanning digital and print media to design assets that resonate with engineers, industry leaders, and innovators.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual aesthetic, an eye for detail, and a passion for designing in the tech space. This role would require you to think creatively, adapt quickly, and balance technical precision with impactful storytelling.

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing design: Create engaging, on-brand visuals for a wide range of projects, including digital and print marketing materials, presentations, website pages, social media assets, website content, event materials, product visuals, and more
  • Brand implementation: Contribute to the evolution of SPREAD’s visual identity by designing assets that support and enhance our brand presence, ensuring consistency and quality across all touch points.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand design needs, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to support business goals.
  • Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in tech, engineering, and AI, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within tech, SaaS, or a related industry, with a portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, relevant AI tools, and familiarity with animation/motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Creativity & adaptability: Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Attention to detail: High standard for design quality, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring all deliverables meet SPREAD’s brand guidelines.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to present and discuss design concepts effectively, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Time management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
