Are you an experienced illustrator with a strong online presence and an appetite to engage with your fans? Hearts & Stars, an innovative online mentorship platform, is seeking illustrators to partner with us as mentors.

Mentorship Details

• Mentor between 6-12 hobby artists over a period of 5 weeks
• Mentorships are run with a structured curriculum with one exercise posted per week
• A mentorship coach will meet with you on a weekly basis via video-chat and efficiently record your encouraging feedback

Responsibilities

• We will help build a promotion package, but we need you to post to your audience
• Together we will build a curriculum with weekly creative briefs
• Every week, we will curate the creative submissions from mentees and the mentorship coach will meet via video-chat to present the work
• We will clip the video feedback and engage with the mentees, creating a buffer between you and the online mentees
• We will handle all the payment collections, refunds and disbursements

Requirements

• An Instagram audience of more than 30K followers
• Proven experience as an illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading workshops is a plus

​

Expected Revenue

• We recommend between $99 and $450 per mentee for each mentorship. Our fee is 25%, so your expected revenue for 12 mentees is between $891 and $4,050.
