Responsibilities

The In-house Designer will work on a range of projects, from ideation to delivery. We are looking for someone who can be hands-on, from campaign concept to designing its materials such as OOH, print ads, menus, email templates, social posts, and event stands.

Requirements

As the only design role in the team, it will require a flexible, can-do approach, along with solid skills in the following areas:

  • Acting as guardian for the brand's creative output, ensuring it always lives up to the established brand standards/proposition, constantly striving for creative excellence.
  • Ability to understand the overall business objectives and how creative work can best help deliver against those objectives.
  • Being seen as the leader of on-brand design execution, with a finger on the pulse of external ideas, trends and influences that could continue to elevate the brand.
  • Ability to deliver a project from the beginning through to finished artwork and maintain simple processes for storing and sharing all creative assets.
  • Experience overseeing the planning and execution of video/photoshoots.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator as core) to deliver from brief through to final files
  • Indispensable: Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter: You will be given significant responsibility and expected to take initiative and work autonomously when necessary.
  • Passionate, positive, energetic: Our small team thrives on positivity, ideas, and energy.
  • Digital-first mind: Understanding the digital ecosystem and how to make the most of it.
