About the Team

Obello was founded in 2022 by Ben Pham and Ollie Ralph, who previously worked with brands such as Instagram, Apple, DoorDash, and Netflix through their renowned design agency, Character. Today, they lead a team of 22 creatives and technologists dedicated to helping companies deploy modern brands and maintain brand consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

Design & Marketing: Contribute to Obello's design and marketing efforts by using our platform to create visually stunning social posts and marketing materials that captivate the design community.

​

Client Collaboration: Assist in working with our Beta clients to bring their brand systems to life, creating functional templates and designs that reflect their brand on Obello.

​

Product Collaboration: Collaborate with Obello’s product design lead to enhance system design and refine the user experience.

​

Website Updates: Support ongoing updates to Obello’s website, ensuring it remains fresh, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that showcases creativity and a knack for bold, boundary-pushing designs that strategically elevate brand identity.
• Experience in motion design is a must.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving industry standards.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for inspiring and engaging the design community with innovative, creative flair.
