A premium sports apparel brand that combines performance, style, and innovation to deliver world-class sports gear. Working within the small but mighty inhouse design and marketing team in West London (Hybrid).

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through precise and high-quality artwork. You will work closely with the designers and marketing team to produce a variety of digital and print materials that align with our brand identity and engage with the brand’s sports community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to produce visually compelling artwork for a range of marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and packaging.
  • Ensure all artwork is delivered to the highest standard and within brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and output final artwork files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Retouch and manipulate images as needed to ensure the highest visual standards.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
  • Work with external suppliers and printers to ensure materials are produced to the highest quality and delivered on time.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar creative artworker or graphic design role.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience with both print and digital design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for cycling and an understanding of the cycling culture is a plus.
