Lead - Content and Creative Assets

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Lead - Content and Creative Assets to drive our brand's visual and content direction. This role is pivotal in managing the production of high-quality marketing assets, ensuring seamless coordination across various projects, and maintaining brand consistency. You will lead a team of three specialized members, guiding them to excel in media production, design, and content creation. Your responsibilities include overseeing creative asset management, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and optimizing the production process for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

Creative Asset Management:

  • Oversee the creation and procurement of all marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of three specialists, ensuring their growth and productivity.

  

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

  

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.

  

Content Oversight:

  • Supervise the creation of high-quality content, including copywriting, content writing, and content procurement.

  

Media Production:

  • Oversee media procurement activities, including photoshoots, videography, and testimonial interviews.

  

Design Supervision:

  • Guide the creation of visual content, including social media creatives, ebooks, video editing, and motion graphics.

  

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the quality and effectiveness of produced assets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Creative Thinking:

  • Develop innovative and effective marketing assets.

  

Excellent English Proficiency:

  • Superior language skills for crafting and reviewing content.

  

Strong Communication:

  • Facilitate upward and downward communication within the team and organization.

  

Project Management:

  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

  

Creatives' Procurement:

  • Source and manage the creation of high-quality visual and written content.

  

Design Language Understanding:

  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.

  

Brand Guideline Use:

  • Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.

  

Print Media Experience:

  • Oversee the creation and production of print media assets.

  

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  

Optional Campaign Experience:

  • Experience in campaign ideation and management is beneficial but not mandatory.
