The Opportunity

Working closely with the head of design and creative director you will take a leadership role setting the creative direction for projects, liaising closely with clients and mentoring and inspiring the design team. The role will remain fully hands on in terms of day- to- day design as it’s a small team and we are looking for someone with a high degree of expertise with creative software and who offers a high level of design craft. Projects are varied across brand and marketing from campaigns, brand and print through to websites and packaging.

The Ideal Candidate

A senior designer with at least 6+ yrs experience working for a design,brand or creative marketing agency.

Proven experience owning projects from beginning concept stages and managing through to delivery.

A high degree of expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of colours, fonts and layout.

Excellent attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Experience creating original, beautiful and engaging concepts for clients brand and marketing communications.

Experience liaising with clients, pitching and managing client relationships.
