io.net is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Graphic / Social Media Designer to join our creative team. We're looking for someone who can elevate and LEAD our brand across various platforms and bring fresh ideas to our visual communications.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Remote (11:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT)
• Experience: 5-7 years

Key Responsibilities

​

• Lead the development and execution of io.net's brand identity across digital and print mediums
• Create compelling visual content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns
• Manage and art direct photoshoots and video production when needed
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Oversee print production process, ensuring high-quality output
• Create and maintain design systems and UI components using Figma

Required Skills

​

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Very good skills in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Expert knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
