Sr. Lead Product Designer
Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company. As a Sr. Lead Product Designer on the Card Servicing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for products managing a $15 billion customer payment volume within our Spend and Expense platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Collaboration: Lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and user insights.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct user research.
- End-to-End Design Process: Own the entire design process.
- Innovation: Develop and implement innovative design strategies.
- Mentorship: Mentor and inspire other designers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly present design concepts.
- Design System Management: Contribute to and help evolve the design system.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product design.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design.
Additional Information:
The estimated base salary range for this role in our office location in Draper, UT is $133,200 - $159,800 USD.
