Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for menswear collections, from concept to final product.
• Conduct extensive trend research and market analysis to inform design direction.
• Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and specifications for each collection.
• Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are executed to the highest standard.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in the menswear department.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in menswear design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of menswear designs.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Leadership experience with excellent project management skills.
