Job Opportunity: Middle+/Senior Motion Designer

We’re a fast-growing startup shaking up the AI chat world. Our mobile app lets users communicate with AI-characters through text, photos, and videos. With rapid growth behind us, we’re looking for a creative and ambitious Middle+/Senior Motion Designer to bring fresh ideas and craft high-performing marketing creatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate innovative ideas and create eye-catching motion designs that boost engagement.
• Work on marketing creatives for global mobile app markets (US/EU) – experience in gaming, dating, or health & fitness is a big plus.
• Use your storytelling skills to create impactful designs that resonate with users.
• Explore and implement the latest tools and approaches to maximize creativity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, cutting-edge team.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2+ years of Motion Design experience (mobile apps, US/EU markets).
• Experience with special effects, compositing, and sound editing basics.
• Keen eye for detail, compelling storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• English at B1+ level or higher.
• A proactive mindset for finding new tools and smarter ways to get things done.
• Experience with Gen-AI software.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics is a plus.
