Position: Middleweight Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented Middleweight Digital Designer with a focus on UI and product design to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing user interfaces, websites and digital products that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and user-friendly. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be essential in crafting exceptional digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

Expectations for the Role:

  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and lateral research to guide design decisions.
  • Create product designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Create interactive prototypes and detailed wireframes.
  • Apply UX principles to ensure designs meet user needs.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communicate with clients and incorporate feedback.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or XD (We use Figma).
  • Knowledge of whiteboarding tools.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Passion for human-centric design.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of brand and effective rollout.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with animation and design enhancement.
  • Knowledge of time management software.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress, Webflow.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, After Effects.
