Are you passionate about storytelling through stunning visuals? We’re looking for a Photo Editor to help bring our brand to life! As a key member of our creative team, you’ll ensure that every photo meets our high-quality standards across digital and print formats. You’ll be responsible for retouching images, managing digital assets, and keeping projects on track—all while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Photo Retouching and Editing
- Retouch and edit photography assets for both digital and print needs, including complex compositing, clipping, color correcting, and liquifying.
- Execute edits to align with branding and design requirements, supporting ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Demonstrate expertise in Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Capture One, with advanced skills in layers, color tools, and white balance.
- Coordinate with creative partners and vendors to execute projects from pre-production to post-production while meeting deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
Digital Asset Management Coordination
- Assist with organizing digital assets, including metadata input, tagging, cropping, resizing, and exporting.
- Upload imagery to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool, ensuring assets are curated and accessible for cross-functional use.
- Troubleshoot website imagery issues and ensure timely updates.
- Use project management tools to stay on top of timelines tied to our annual roadmap.
Other Duties
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and project success.
What You Bring to the Table:
- An online portfolio showcasing your photo editing skills, including specific eCommerce editing experience. Please specify which work was created solely by you.
- At least two years of college in photography, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of professional photo retouching experience.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience with DAM platforms and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Widen, Figma, ClickUp, and/or Capture One.
Location:
This is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members must reside in Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, or Tarlac.
