Product Design Lead (f/m/d)

Main role:

We are seeking a product design lead to join our Product team. As a product design lead, you will take care of the design for the generic solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an experienced designer, and a strong communicator who is passionate about building exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects and ensure high-quality design outputs and maintain design standards.
• Regularly review design performance data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and refine design processes for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee user research to inform design decisions and conduct research to validate and improve designs.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Communicate design concepts and ensure alignment with technical constraints.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team, while communicating the design vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience leading a team of product designers.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.
• Experience in complex B2B products or environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in working on complex software or digital products, preferably in the tech industry.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
• Bonus skill is previous experience with AI-based products or platforms.
