Product Designer Responsibilities

Design Interactive Templates

Develop and maintain visually appealing, functional templates for learning activities across different subjects, ensuring they are easy to use for students (K-12) and educators.

Collaborate with Content Teams

Work closely with content creators, subject matter experts, and product teams to bring educational activities to life, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.

User-Centered Design

Apply UX principles to create intuitive, student-friendly interactive elements that enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Interactive Design Process

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase ideas and gather feedback before final implementation.

Template Interaction

Design seamless user interactions within templates that make learning activities more engaging and dynamic.

Visual Consistency

Ensure all templates and interactive elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all products.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously refine and improve the design of interactive activities and templates.

Skills Required to Succeed

Experience

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a similar role, ideally with a focus on educational products or interactive media.

Proficiency in Figma

Prior experience in working with Components, creating design systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple templates.

Proficiency in other design tools

Such as Adobe XD and Sketch. Familiarity with prototyping tools and animation software is a plus.

UX/UI Expertise

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for interactive templates and activities.

Creative Problem-Solving

Ability to think creatively and develop engaging visual experiences that align with educational goals.

Collaborative Mindset

Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including content developers and product managers.

Detail-Oriented

Strong attention to detail and an ability to work on multiple projects

Preferred Skills

Experience in K-12 education or gamified learning.

Understanding of learning design and how students interact with educational content.

Animation and micro-interactions expertise is a plus.
