Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Art Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead the creative direction of high-profile projects, working closely with our talented designers, animators, and clients to ensure the highest quality of work. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually stunning motion design pieces that align with our clients’ brand goals and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers and animators, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Develop and design creative concepts for a wide range of motion design projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative visual solutions.
• Ensure that all creative work meets our studio’s standards of excellence and aligns with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, preferably in a motion design or animation studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
