Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in creating impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating our brand and those of our clients by delivering innovative and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital assets for various online platforms, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital advertisements.
  • Lead the design team in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in web design, and motion graphics is a plus.
