The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to become a key member of our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and experience in motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential, as this role involves creating dynamic animations and video content alongside a variety of other creative projects.

The role requires someone comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, with flexibility to accommodate occasional late hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to understand the goals and creative needs of each project, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Design and develop visually compelling graphics, animations, and other creative assets across a variety of mediums, including presentations, digital content, and video.
• Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality visuals, infographics, and motion graphics.
• Create and edit motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Conduct research and gather information and assets needed for each project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve skills.
• Maintain a high standard of quality control.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• A strong portfolio showcasing Branding, Layouts, Key Arts, presentation design work, and motion graphics.
• A proactive mindset, confidence in taking ownership of projects, and a calm, collaborative approach.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A solid understanding of artwork specifications, brand guidelines, and attention to detail.
• Openness to flexible working, including occasional weekend work when required.
